Contains 85% turkey bone broth made from organic turkey bones (including the head and feet), and 15% fermented beet juice, also known as kvass. Three color varieties of beets and their greens are fermented using raw goat milk whey and Celtic sea salt. Packaged in a paper carton for easy thawing.
