We decided to start **RAWBOXX** after we recognized a gap in the options available for raw feeders, especially *frozen*. We firmly believe that proper pet nutrition should be just as convenient as less nutritional options. As longtime raw-feeding advocates and certified pet nutritionists, we decide to use our experience and knowledge to off our Jax neighbors only the **best** brands!

Unfortunately, the commercial pet food industry has been allowed to continuously perpetuated bad science about pet nutrition in order to sell cheap, carbohydrate-packed food. Most pet parents would be shocked to know just how bad traditional dry food is for their loved ones. What’s worse, is that many of these major commercial brands have contracted with vet “schools”. Find it odd that traditional vet office’s seem all sell the same two or three brands (namely, Hill’s, Royal Canin, and Purina)? Brands that even a pet parent with the most basic nutrition knowledge (empty carbs/fillers=bad) and looked at the Ingredients List would recognize that something wasn’t right.

THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS: DOGS AND CATS ARE THE DESCENDANTS OF CARNIVORES;
their bodies thrive on meat. The brands we carry look to turn the industry on its head by carefully producing nutritionally dense and biologically appropriate diets that are packed high with muscle meats, organ meats, and ground bone. By feeding these diets to our pets, we provide them with more vitality, energy, a healthier gut and a better chance at a long, healthy life.
